Terms of Service
The rules for using ShipOrStop to screen a direction, create a Build Plan, track launch evidence, and make your own final call.
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Product scope
ShipOrStop is a project decision workflow for solo founders and early builders. It keeps one idea connected to the evidence around it: your description, pasted keywords, Phase 0 score, Build Plan, launch milestones, connected GSC evidence, and final review options.
Search data is one evidence channel, not the whole product. The service is not a keyword discovery tool, content generator, team workspace, payment processor, or automatic project judge.
Phase 0 to Phase 3 loop
Phase 0
Direction screening uses the project description, keywords you provide, available demand metrics, competitor context, and your scoring choices.
Phase 1
Build Plan output is a working plan based on the Phase 0 record. It is not a promise that the product can be built, ranked, sold, or funded.
Phase 2
Milestone tracking keeps the launch date, weekly checks, and connected Search Console evidence tied to the same project record.
Phase 3
Final review compares accepted assumptions with available launch evidence and presents options for you to confirm.
Your responsibilities
- Enter project, keyword, competitor, launch, and evidence details that you have the right to use.
- Only connect Google Search Console properties you own or are allowed to manage.
- Keep sign-in links, OAuth grants, API keys, service role keys, and provider credentials out of ShipOrStop prompts, notes, and support emails.
- Review AI-assisted classifications, scores, Build Plans, milestone checklists, and final review summaries before acting on them.
- Confirm the final ship, adjust, observe, or stop decision yourself.
Decision and AI limits
ShipOrStop may use AI to classify provided keywords, explain evidence, draft next steps, suggest stop conditions, create a Build Plan draft, or summarize a project history. Treat that output as editable assistance, not a decision you must accept.
You are responsible for checking sources, editing assumptions, correcting project context, and choosing whether to continue, adjust, observe, or stop. ShipOrStop should make room for that review instead of locking a final decision.
What ShipOrStop does not promise
- ShipOrStop does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, conversion, investment outcomes, or business success.
- ShipOrStop does not replace legal, financial, tax, security, or professional advice.
- ShipOrStop does not make the final project decision for you. The final ship, adjust, observe, or stop decision remains yours.
- ShipOrStop does not write full SEO articles or landing pages for your project.
Google and third-party data
- Keywords Everywhere and DataForSEO can be used to add metrics or search-result context to keywords you already provided. They are not a promise that demand is complete or current.
- Google Search Console data comes from the property you choose to connect. Missing permissions, empty properties, reporting delays, provider outages, or rate limits can leave parts of a review incomplete.
- GA4 is not part of the current Google authorization flow. If ShipOrStop adds GA4 later, it must be requested separately and disclosed before use.
- OpenRouter may support classification, explanation, plan drafting, stop-condition suggestions, and review summaries. AI output must stay tied to the provided project record and visible evidence.
- When a source is unavailable, ShipOrStop should show the missing source instead of replacing it with guessed values.
Use and access
The current MVP does not collect checkout payments inside the product. If early access becomes paid, the manual upgrade flow must show the price and access terms before payment.
Do not use ShipOrStop to bypass authorization, overload providers, attack systems, upload unlawful data, scrape third-party data in violation of their terms, or interfere with another user account.
ShipOrStop may change, pause, or remove parts of the product during early access. You may stop using it at any time and request deletion of saved data through the data deletion process.
