Data deletion for a project decision record

Delete the ShipOrStop data tied to your account or project.

Use this page when you want a saved idea review, Build Plan, milestone history, final review, connected Google token, or full account record removed.

Email deletion request

Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, service role keys, private API keys, or Search Console exports unless support asks for a limited file.

How to request deletion

    Send the request from your account email

    Email support@ship-or-stop.com from the address you use for ShipOrStop. If you write from another address, include the account email so support can match the saved record.

  2. 02

    Name the ShipOrStop record

    Say whether you want one project deleted, connected Google tokens removed, the whole account deleted, or all saved data tied to the account.

  3. 03

    Add the project identifier if you have it

    A project URL, project ID, exact project name, or visible request ID helps match the request without exposing unrelated account data.

  4. 04

    Revoke Google access if you want reads to stop now

    If your main concern is GSC access, revoke ShipOrStop from your Google Account permissions so no new Google reads can use that grant.

What can be deleted

Deletion removes ShipOrStop records after the request is verified. It does not delete source data inside Google Search Console or other third-party accounts you control.

  • The account profile tied to the verified request
  • Saved projects, Phase 0 scores, Build Plans, milestones, check-ins, and final review notes
  • Stored Google OAuth tokens used for connected GSC access
  • Email preferences and request records that are no longer needed for the account

Records we may need to keep

Some records may stay when they are needed for security review, abuse prevention, legal obligations, manual upgrade or payment records if any exist, or backup integrity. Aggregated product metrics may remain if they no longer identify your account or project.

Processing timeline

Verified deletion requests are reviewed within 30 days. If the request does not match an account, support may ask for the minimum extra detail needed to verify it.
