Do I need a live site before using ShipOrStop?
No. After sign-in, Phase 0 can start with your idea and starting keywords. The Build Plan comes after the Phase 0 review, and live tracking becomes useful once a project has launched and enters Phase 2/3 review.
What counts as one project?
One project is one product direction moving through Phase 0, Build Plan, tracking, and final review. A different audience, offer, or site should usually be a separate project.
